PURPOSE: A simultaneous waiting terminal and a method for providing a toolkit menu thereof are provided to enable a user to use all toolkit menus included in a first user identification card and a second user identification card. CONSTITUTION: A first toolkit menu list included in a first user identification card is provided(S301). A second toolkit menu list included in the second user identification card is provided(S307). An identifier is added to the second toolkit menu list(S309). The first toolkit menu list and the second toolkit menu list are saved(S305,S315).
