PURPOSE: A mobile-based position recording device and an operation method thereof are provided to improve security and reliability of a radio sensor network application service by detecting attacks on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A location information storage device(140) stores encrypted value. A filtering block(170) excludes redundant data to improve the efficiency of the efficient storage unit. An address decoder and operation control block(180) performs the efficiency of cyclic data storage. A physically unclonable block(160) enables the authentication and copy guard of the corresponding apparatus. A certificate authority key storage and management block(150) safely stores the key value received from a certificate authority.
