PURPOSE: An arm regeneration valve for heavy equipment is provided to facilitate to form the pressure of a return line of an arm cylinder by tightly maintaining the clearance between the outer diameter of a check valve poppet and the inner diameter of an arm spool when the temperature of working fluid is high. CONSTITUTION: An arm regeneration valve for heavy equipment comprises an arm control valve(7) which is installed in a flow path between an arm cylinder(2) and a working fluid hydraulic pump and includes an arm spool(5) controlling the flow direction of working fluid, a check valve(14) which is installed in the inner diameter of the arm spool of the arm control valve and interlinks or blocks a flow path between a head side supply line(6) and a load side return line(3) of the arm cylinder, an arm regeneration valve(1) which blocks return oil to a tank or drains the return oil according to the pressure of load side return flow of the arm cylinder and the pressure of head side return flow of the arm cylinder.
