PURPOSE: A device for collecting fallen materials is provided to reduce costs required for repairing and managing a dock facility by preventing fallen materials from being piled up on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for collecting fallen materials comprises a fallen material collecting unit(200), support frames(300), an adherence unit, an inclination control unit(500), and a material conveyor(600). The fallen material collecting unit collects fallen materials on the top of the device. The support frames are formed in both sides of the fallen material collecting unit and locates the fallen material collecting unit in one side of an unloader. The adherence unit is coupled to the front end of the fallen material collecting unit and is adhered to the outer surface of a ship. The inclination control unit is coupled between the unloader and the support frames and control the inclination of the fallen material collecting unit. The material conveyor is formed in the bottom of the rear end of the fallen material collecting unit and conveys the collected materials.
