PURPOSE: A pigment dispersing agent and a dispersion solution of carbon black including thereof are provided to secure the excellent dispersion stability of a pigment, and to perfectly coat an inorganic material with the pigment. CONSTITUTION: A pigment dispersing agent includes a repeating unit marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 refers to a substituted or non-substituted aromatic group of C6~C20. A substituent for the aromatic group is an alkyl group of C1~C6, OH, or NH_2. M refers to Li, Na, or K. N is an integer of 5~50. A dispersion solution contains 100 parts of pigment by weight, and 10~100 parts of pigment dispersing agent by weight. |
