PURPOSE: A display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electro-wetting display panel with the display substrate are provided to use a reflection polarization member, thereby using all unit pixels as a reflecting area or a transmitting area. CONSTITUTION: A reflection polarization member is arranged on a base substrate. The reflection polarization member reflects and polarizes incident light. The first electrode(150) is arranged in a unit pixel area of the reflection polarization member. The first pixel wall(170) is arranged on an insulating layer. The first pixel wall divides the unit pixel area. The reflection polarization member includes wire grids which are separated at a fixed interval.
