PURPOSE: An elbow and a valve for connecting a water meter, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to rapidly and conveniently install and dismantle a water meter and to prevent a water leak. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an elbow and a valve for connecting a water meter is as follows. A hole is punched in the center of a valve body. A female screw is processed in the hole. A hanging protrusion is formed in one side of a connection pipe. A nut(9) is inserted into the connection pipe. A male screw of the connection pipe is fastened to the female screw of the valve body. The connection pipe is integrally formed in a valve for connecting a water meter(1).
