PURPOSE: A variable energy visible light tunneling emitter using a grapheme is provided to control a visible light by implementing an optical device passing a visible light by using the grapheme. CONSTITUTION: A cathode electrode is formed on a substrate(20). Two graphene pieces(30a,30b) are separated on the substrate from each other. Insulating layers(40a,40b) are respectively formed on the two graphene pieces so that one part of the insulting layer is exposed to the outside.
