PURPOSE: A gate driving device and a liquid crystal display are provided to improve an image quality by including first and second dummy stages. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stages(ST1~STn) and first and second dummy stages(STn+1,STn+2) are successively arranged. The first dummy stage comprises a first charge unit and a first pull-up transistor. The first charge unit receives a first input signal from a front stage. The first pull-up transistor outputs a clock signal. The second dummy stage comprises a second charge unit and a second pull-up transistor. The second charge unit receives a second input signal from the first dummy stage. The second pull-up transistor outputs a clock signal.
