PURPOSE: A refrigerant box for pre-piping refrigerant for an air conditioner and a refrigerant pipe connecting method are provided to protect a refrigerant pipe from frozen in a refrigerant box without using an extra insulator. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant box(5) for pre-piping refrigerant for an air conditioner is buried under a concrete wall when building is constructed. An elbow pipe(6) is fixed on the refrigerant box in order to interlink a refrigerant pipe(7) cut in order to have a constant length from a concrete floor to the instrument side of a refrigerant pipe in the refrigerant box. The refrigerant box includes a cut portion(20) and a CD pipe fixing member(23). The cut portion is formed on the sidewall of the refrigerant box. The CD pipe fixing member comprises a penetration hole in which a refrigerant pipe in the concrete floor side and a CD pipe(8) covering the refrigerant pipe pass. Guide rails(21,22) which are sled-coupled on the opposite side of the cut portion are formed in both side of the CD pipe fixing member. The CD pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe passes through the penetration hole coupled to the cut portion and surrounds the refrigerant pipe in the refrigerant box inside. |
