摘要 PURPOSE: A preparing method of a super-paramagnetic magnesium ferrite nanoparticle and a medical use thereof are provided to use the nanoparticle for the hyperthermia therapy for cancer cells, and the heat shock protein induction for a self defense mechanism of the human body. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a super-paramagnetic magnesium ferrite nanoparticle comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials formed with Fe(III), acetylacetonate, magnesium, and a solvent; forming a core by firstly heating; growing the nanoparticle by secondly heating; and washing, centrifugal separating, drying, and polishing the nanoparticle. The raw materials also include 0~10mmol of hexadecandiol, a surfactant selected from oleic acid or oleylamin.
