PURPOSE: A sliber for a pair-off reel of a rolling mill is provided to facilitate part replacement by employing an integrated press assembly for pressing the top of a strip. CONSTITUTION: A sliber(2) for a pair-off reel of a rolling mill comprises a groove in which the top of a rolled strip is inserted, a pusher(10) which moves back and forth according to the contraction and extension of a pair-off reel, and a fixing plate(9) which fixes the top of the strip inserted in the groove by vertically moving the back and forth motion of the pusher. The fixing plate has an inclined bottom surface facing the inclined surface of the pusher.
