PURPOSE: A band gap reference voltage generator is provided to output a uniform voltage by maintaining a property of an output voltage with respect to the temperature change in a low voltage. CONSTITUTION: A PTAT current source(210) outputs a current through at least two output terminals. A current is proportional to the change of the absolute temperature. A negative voltage source(230) is connected between one among the output terminal of the PTAT current source and a low power supply voltage. The negative voltage source generates a voltage which has a negative temperature coefficient. A positive voltage source(250) generates a voltage which has a positive temperature coefficient. A voltage synthesis part(270) is connected between the other output terminal and a low power supply voltage. The voltage synthesis part outputs a reference voltage compensating temperature change.
