PURPOSE: An athletic bar equipped with a load variable element capable of continuous exercise is provided to optimize exercise through the wide range operation, and to minimize the burden in muscle and joint. CONSTITUTION: An athletic bar equipped with a load variable element includes: a bar(100) for griping both sides thereof; a load variable element(200) of which weight is varied according to the elevation of the bar, and in which one side is installed in both sides and the other side contacts with the surface; and a connector(300) which is separably interlinks the bar and the load variable element.
