PRESS MOLD FOR MUTUALLY COMBINING THE EDGE OF THE UPPER AND LOWER BODY THAT COMPRISES VENTILATION MUFFLER OF VEHICLES

PURPOSE: A press mold for coupling the edges of upper and lower bodies that constitute a ventilation muffler for a vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of exhaust gas between the edges by bending up the coupled edges. CONSTITUTION: A press mold comprises a lower mold(400), an anti-separation mold(410), and an edge bending mold(420). The lower mold supports the bottom of a first and a second horizontal part(211,213) of the perimeter(210) of a lower body(200). The anti-separation mold compresses and supports the top of the starting part(111a) of a first horizontal part(111) of the perimeter(110) of an upper body(100), thereby preventing the separation of the first horizontal part. The edge bending mold comprises a vertical guide surface(421) and a rounding surface(422).
