PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a reference current independent of a temperature is provided to independently generate the reference current without a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first reference current generator(10) uses a first bipolar transistor and a first load. A first reference current generator generates a first reference current. The first reference current has a first component. The first component decreases according to the temperature. A second reference current generator(20) generates a second reference current. The second reference current has a second component. The second component increases according to the temperature. The second reference current generator mirrors and outputs the second reference current. A first current mirror(30) mirrors the first reference current. The first current mirror outputs the mirrored first reference current. A second current mirror(40) adds the first reference current to the second reference current. A second current mirror generates the output reference current.
