PURPOSE: A run flat tire for a vehicle is provided to reduce the degradation of riding comfort due to defective sidewall flexure by forming a reinforcement rubber layer in a sidewall. CONSTITUTION: A run flat tire for a vehicle comprises: a thread(1); sidewalls(2) which are formed in both sides of the thread and wherein a reinforcement rubber layer(4) is installed in the inner side of the sidewalls; and a bead part(3) which is coupled to the both of the sidewalls. A division space part(5) is formed in the middle part of the reinforcement rubber layer and divides the reinforcement rubber layer into a first reinforcement rubber layer(41) and a second reinforcement rubber layer(42). A buckle member(6) is installed in the contact part of the first reinforcement rubber layer and the second reinforcement rubber layer.
