<p>PURPOSE: A touch type LCD device capable of resetting an integrating circuit by a reset switch is provided to minimize touch recognition errors due to leaked currents of the touch type LCD by resetting the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit(107a) is accessed through a touch TFT to a touch electrode within a pixel forming a vertical pixel row. The integrating circuit corresponds to the change of a touch capacitor by the excess pressure accumulated in an integral calculus capacitor. Each horizontality pixel row is defined as a 1-r block. The touch thin film transistor is successively driven to the r block in a horizontal pixel row unit.</p> |
