A user device performing a serving cell reselection when it moves into another cell comprises tracking area ID judgment means for judging whether or not a new tracking area ID transmitted from a base station device is the same as the tracking area ID of the cell in which the user device has existed just before the cell reselection and paging reception means for receiving a paging with a paging parameter of the cell in which the user device has existed just before the cell reselection when it is judged that the new tracking area ID is the same as the tracking area ID of the cell in which the user device has existed just before the cell reselection.
