PURPOSE: A composition containing radioactive marker compound is provided to label cells in a high efficiency and to detect movement of labeled cell movement. CONSTITUTION: A radioactive marker compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is iodine radioactive isotope. A composition contains radioactive marker compound of chemical formula 1 or 2. A method for manufacturing the radioactive marker compound comprises: a step of reacting oleyl alcohol, 4-iodobenzoyl chloride, methylene chloride, and triethylamine to obtain oleyl-4-iodobenzoate of chemical formula 5; a step of reacting the oleyl-4-iodobezoate with hexabutylditin and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium to obtain a compound of chemical formula 6; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 6 with radioactive iodine metal salt.
