PURPOSE: A holding valve is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and secure reliable operability by reducing the number of ports and reconstructing a flow path. CONSTITUTION: A holding valve(30) comprises: a valve housing(31) which includes a main pressure unit(31c), a second fluid path(31e), an auxiliary pressure unit(31f), and a third flow path(31g); a vertical spool(33) which comprises a side flow path(33b) which is inserted into the main pressure unit of the valve housing in order to be sled with being elastically supported with a spring(32) and a tapered unit(33c) which is arranged near a top end; and a fluid path opening/closing unit(40) which is arranged in the auxiliary pressure unit of the valve housing in order to open or close the second fluid path with the tapered unit of the vertical spool according to the ascending and descending of the vertical spool.
