PURPOSE: A ferrule assembly is provided to enable easy assembly and disassembly even in case of large diameter pipes. CONSTITUTION: A ferrule assembly comprises an upper ferrule(7), a lower ferrule(1), and a rubber ring(4). An upper supporting unit(8) having a bottom groove is formed in the upper ferrule. A lower supporting unit(3) having a groove is formed in the lower ferrule. The rubber ring has a hollow(6) and top and bottom insertion projections(5) is connected between the upper and lower ferrules. When a projection(2) of the lower ferrule is inserted into the hollow of the rubber ring and the upper ferrule is coupled to the projection of the lower ferrule, the top and bottom insertion projections of the rubber ring are inserted into the grooves of the upper and lower ferrules.
