PURPOSE: A bolt for a license number plate sealing device of a vehicle is provided to enable an operator to easily mount a number plate on a correspondent part of a vehicle body from the outside of the vehicle although an operator puts his hand into the inside of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bolt(10) for a license number plate sealing device of a vehicle comprises an anchoring bolt(11) and a lock clamp(12). The anchoring bolt has a screw part(11a), a second through-hole(11ab), and a groove(11ac). The second through hole is formed at the rear side of a tip-end part. Both ends of the second through-hole are connected to the groove. The groove is formed along the exterior of the screw part. One part of the lock clamp is bent in order to face the lock clamps to each other. The lock clamp comprises an elastic connecting part(12a) and two elastic free ends(12b). The elastic connecting part is elastically exposed as the fixed length to the outside of the anchoring bolt. The elastic free end is integrated with both ends of the elastic connecting part.
