PURPOSE: A single power voltage pass gate level converter is provided to improve operation speed by constantly maintaining a forward body bias through junction between the body of a PMOS pass gate and a source terminal. CONSTITUTION: An input data supply circuit part(110) receives the input signal of a low power voltage. A data inversion circuit part(130) inverses the input data of the input data supply circuit part. A feedback circuit part feeds back the output of the data inversion circuit part. A data output buffer(140) inverses the output of the data inversion circuit part. The input data supply circuit part, the data inversion circuit part, the feedback circuit part, and the data output buffer are driven with the high power supply voltage.
