PURPOSE: An instant noodle bag having improved functionality is provided to enable a user to accurately measure the water amount, to minimize the amount of instant noodle bag garbage, and to prevent kitchen from being messy due to soup which is shattered in the kitchen. CONSTITUTION: An instant noodle bag includes an edible soup bag of the instant noodle and a paper cup for measuring the water amount inside the instant noodle bag and has a miniature adhesive tape on the outer side of the instant noodle bag. The instant noodle bag is manufactured using a film which is comprised of rice flour 60%, potato flour 20%, and sweet potato flour 20%. The paper cup is formed into a spring type and includes a scale for measuring the water amount.
