METHOD OF FABRICATING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a display device is provided to form first and second mask patterns with patterns which have similar widths. CONSTITUTION: A substrate in which a pixel area and a pad area are defined is provided. A conductive layer is formed on the substrate. A mask pattern(300) is formed by rolling a roller on the conductive layer. The conductive layer is patterned using the mask pattern to form a line on the pixel area and a pad on the pad area. The pad is made of a pattern with a second width corresponding to the first width of the line.
