The method involves determining linguistic variables characterizing effects relating to danger indicators. A fuzzy rule base is defined for fuzzy rules to determine an appurtenance function on a severity level of a logical combination of two linguistic variables. Each linguistic variable is qualified by one of multiple linguistic terms. The severity level is determined for each unit of fuzzy rule combinations of linguistic variables. Security objectives are defined according to the severities levels determined for the fuzzy rule base, and are allocated to functions of the system.
