PURPOSE: A noise filter and a motor control device having the same are provided to remove the noise by using the common mode choke having two coils wound in opposite direction to each other. CONSTITUTION: A first charging unit(210) is connected between the two power sources of the input power source. A first choke(220) is connected to the first charging unit. The first choke reduces the common mode noise of the power line. A second charging unit(230) is connected to the first choke. The second charging unit reduces the common mode noise with the first choke. The first choke comprises two coils wound in the opposite direction to each other.
