PURPOSE: An open type high concentration photovoltaic device is provided to maximize heat dissipation by forming an open type housing. CONSTITUTION: A lattice housing(100) is comprised of a plurality of frames. The edge of a Fresnel lens(300) is fixed to the upper frame of a lattice housing. A light concentration module(200) is installed on the lower frame of the lattice housing in an opposite position to the center of the Fresnel lens. The light concentration module comprises a heat sink and a waterproof cap. The heat sink is fixed to the lower frame. The waterproof cap receives a cell receiver formed on the surface of the heat sink and a reflector installed on the cell receiver.
