PURPOSE: A food garbage drying device is provided to dry food waste by pure air through simple manipulation according to desirable work environment. CONSTITUTION: A food garbage drying device comprise a main body, a inner circulating fan(70), an air supply duct(101), an exhaust duct(105), an ozone lamp(10), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater(20), and a door(103). The main body has a drying furnace(50) and an opening. The drying furnace is inclined and fixed with the lower main body of the inner circulation fan. The inner circulating fan is obliquely fixed with the inner main body of the door. The air supply duct and the exhaust duct are placed on the upper and lower parts of the main body in the longitudinal direction. The ozone lamp sterilizes external air and lets air to flow into the drying furnace through the air supply duct. The PTC heater is fixed in the air supply duct of the ozone lamp.
