PURPOSE: A system and a method for CAFM based on public concept of space ownership are provided to obtain valid data about space conjugation and valuation and manage space through space empty conception and efficiently manage space assets, thereby realizing space relocation and application. CONSTITUTION: A space management system(100) performs space usage cost evaluation. The space management system performs space assignment with construction of space arrangement standard model based on a public concept of space ownership. An energy management system(200) monitors using energy present condition of managed spaces in real time. A property management system(300) performs a device and tools and materials management on a drawing. |
