PURPOSE: A three dimension mouse device providing mouse motion corresponding to combination of two motions by wristband type sensor unit sensing hand movement and arm gesture and a method are provided to embody user interface by division of hand movement through wrist band-type sensor in space. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional includes a sensor unit(110) and a control unit. The sensor unit senses at least one between hand motion according to motion of wrist muscle or arm motion according to up/down/right/left and rotation motion. The control unit outputs mouse motion corresponding to combination of the hand motion and arm motion through a hand motion sensor(112) and an arm motion sensor(114).
