PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a galvannealed steel sheet is provided to improve paint adhesion on the surface of a galvannealed steel sheet by performing atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a galvannealed steel sheet comprises the steps of: passing a continuously annealed strip(S) through a hot galvanizing bath(30) and heating the strip to the fixed temperature so as to produce a galvannealed steel sheet, performing atmospheric pressure plasma treatment on the surface of the galvannealed steel sheet to activate the surface, and coating paint on the activated surface of the galvannealed steel sheet. In the atmospheric pressure plasma treatment, DC or AC power, pulse-like power, high frequency(RF) power, or microwave power is used.
