PURPOSE: A calibration structure, a calibration method, and a 3 axial force torque sensor using the same are provided to calibrate 6 degrees of freedom and 3 axial force torque sensor in one test. CONSTITUTION: A calibration structure(300) comprises a fixed part(310) which is fixed by being inserted into a mounting hole arranged on a 3 axial force torque sensor, and a striking part(320) which is connected with the fixed unit and is inclined in order to form a constant angle with the fixed unit. The force torque sensor is calibrated by striking one end of the striking part with a shock hammer. An attachment block(400) interlinks the fixed part and the striking part and allows the striking part to revolve around the fixed part.
