PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the unitary management and efficient reference of various documents string-attached to an object such as a facility.

SOLUTION: A type-categorized information storage part 101 stores data such as the manual of a facility and related codes or the like in association with a type identifier for uniquely identifying the type of the facility into a storage device 152. A subject-categorized information storage part 102 stores data such as a request for managerial decision and slip created in the case of acquiring the facility into a storage device 152 in association with a subject identifier for uniquely identifying the subject of budget. An article selection part 106 makes a user select an optional facility. An information acquisition part 107 reads the type identifier and the subject identifier in association with the facility selected by the article selection part 106 from a facility information database, and obtains the data in association with each identifier. An information output part 108 outputs data obtained by the information acquisition part 107 to a display 154.
