<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial sensor whose detection accuracy is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The inertial sensor includes; an angular velocity sensor 9 for output of a sensed angular-velocity signal; an acceleration sensor 10 for output of a sensed acceleration signal; and an output circuit 19 for output of the sensed angular-velocity signal and the sensed acceleration signal. The sensor is so configured that the output circuit 19 digitally outputs the sensed angular-velocity signal and the sensed acceleration signal detected at the same timing by a time sharing system, in order to link them with each other timewise as one signal lump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
