<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black alkali-developable photosensitive resin composition which avoids degradation in pattern configuration and achieves higher definition, while improving the light blocking effect of a black matrix, and to provided a color filter using the same and a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: The black alkali-developable photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) carbon black, (B) a binder resin, (C) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) a solvent, wherein the ratio between a carbon black content (a) and a binder resin content (b) in the solid components satisfies b/a=0.50-0.75. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
