PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption without lowering reception quality.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device for performing the reception processing of information sequential signals transmitted from a plurality of transmission antennas includes: a means for performing fast Fourier transformation of reception signals and generating the reception signals indicated by a frequency axis; a means for measuring the reception level of the reception signals indicated by the frequency axis; a means for obtaining an increase and decrease adjustment value for normalizing the reception signals indicated by the frequency axis on the basis of the reception level and a preset input signal level; a means for normalizing the reception signals indicated by the frequency axis using the increase and decrease adjustment value; a means for separating the normalized reception signals indicated by the frequency axis into signals for respective transmission antennas; and a means for inversely normalizing the separated signals for respective transmission antennas using the increase and decrease adjustment value.
