<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately and efficiently manufacturing separators in uniform thickness in a simple structure, as well as a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plate thickness measurement means 10 for measuring a total plate thickness T1 of a first plate, a second plate 2, and a flow channel plate 3, a heating means 20 for heating resin frame 4 in free deformation, a pressurizing means 30 equipped with a plurality of pressure-jointing rollers 32 integrally coupled with a plurality of fixed rollers 31, an inter-roller adjustment means 40 for adjusting a clearance C between the fixed rollers 31 of the pressurizing means 30 and the pressure-jointing rollers 32, and a control means for controlling the inter-roller adjustment means 40 so as to adjust the clearance C between the fixed roller 31 and the pressure-jointing roller 32 to an interval adding a plate thickness T1 measured by the plate thickness measurement means 10 and a thickness T2 into which the resin frame 4 contracts when it is solidified from a welded state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
