<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a blood vessel quickly by a simple operation without including a foreign substance in the blood vessel to be transplanted. <P>SOLUTION: The blood vessel manufacturing method to be provided includes: a preparation step S1 for holding vascular endothelial cells between two blocks made of collagen gel at normal temperature; a cultivation step S2 for cultivating vascular endothelial cells held between the collagen-gel blocks; and a blood-vessel collection step S3 for separating collagen by cooling and liquefying the collagen-gel blocks after the cultivation step S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
