<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse generating device suitable for efficiently generating pulse signals at satisfactory signal levels. <P>SOLUTION: The pulse generating device 100 includes: an activation start signal generation circuit 20 for output of an activation start signal D0 and an XD0 obtained by inverting the D0 according to input of a CLK signal; first to Nth pulse generating circuits 21_1 to 21_N that generate pulse signals according to input of the activation start signal and have respective independent signal output sections; and a selection circuit 22 that sequentially selects the signal output sections of partial circuits that are scheduled to output pulse signals in the first to Nth pulse generating circuits 21_1 to 21_N, connects the selected signal output section to a common signal output line, and electrically disconnects the signal output sections of the remaining pulse generating circuits from the common signal output line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
