<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap capable of being easily separated and disposed of by pulling an upper cover to cut a part of a cap body via a hinge and deform the same or pulling a finger hook tab mounted on the cap body. <P>SOLUTION: The cap body includes a spout tube, an engagement tube attached to the opening tube part of a vessel, and an outer circumferential wall connectively mounted on the outside of the engagement tube and having the hinge connectively mounted at a predetermined position of the upper end of the outer circumference. The engagement tube includes an upper wall, an inner tube and an outer tube. The outer circumferential wall is connected to the outer tube via a connection part mounted at a position apart from the hinge to the left or right side. The finger hook tab A is formed in a window mounted between the outer tube and the finger hook tab on the hinge side. The outer circumferential wall continuing to the finger hook tab is formed into a band connected to the opposite side of the connection part. A cuttable weakened part is mounted at the lower end of the outer circumferential wall continuing to the finger hook tab and the outer tube.
