<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film separation device for separating a film stuck to a display panel with a simple constitution, without reversing the display panel. <P>SOLUTION: This film separation device includes a panel sucking table provided with a sucking pad for holding the display panel by sucking an upper surface of the display panel, and a hand-pushed carriage for moving the lower side of the display panel sucked and held by its panel sucking table by hand-pushed operation. In the hand-pushed carriage, a film holding means for holding a film tearing-off part of tearing off one end of the film stuck to an under surface of the display panel of sucking-holding the upper surface, is arranged in the sucking pad of the panel sucking table, and the film is gradually separated from the display panel by moving the hand-pushed carriage while holding the film tearing-off part by the film holding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
