PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data traffic shaping method, a device and a wireless instrument to improve the operation of data connection or data flow. SOLUTION: The data traffic shaping method comprises a step for receiving a transported data packet, a step for storing at least one data packet in the buffer memory if the buffer memory has a space for receiving at least one data packet among the data packets, and a step for discarding at least another data packet if the buffer memory does not have a space for receiving at least another data packet among the data packets.
