PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash frame mountable to a PC (precast concrete) building by a dry construction method without cost increase, by using a standard sash frame as it is. SOLUTION: The sash frame comprises the standard sash frame, an attachment frame and, fittings. The standard sash frame has mounting edges mounted to a wooden building, at upper and lower frames and vertical frames, and locking edges projected facing an indoor-outdoor direction to lock anchors used for a wet construction method, on the outer peripheral surface side of the upper and lower frames and vertical frames. The attachment frame is formed in continuous rectangular shape consisting of: horizontal attachment members stuck to the outdoor side end and indoor side end of the upper and lower frames; and vertical attachment members stuck to the outdoor side end and indoor side end of the vertical frame on the outer peripheral side of the standard sash frame. The fitting is formed in L-shaped cross-section, fixed to the opening inner peripheral surface of a precast concrete wall at a horizontal section and connected to the indoor side end of the horizontal attachment member at a vertical section.
