PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a precast beam which can be applied to a screw reinforcing bar as a standard product, can reduce manufacturing cost, and which enhance working efficiency on a job site. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of the precast beam, ends of each pair of screw reinforcing bars 10 and 20 are connected to each other via a sleeve nut 30. A threaded hole 41 of the sleeve nut comprises a thread 41a larger in diameter than the screw reinforcing bar, and a thread groove 41b which is provided with a spiral peripheral surface 41c having a predetermined width in the direction of an axial center and parallel to the axial center. A coiled spring 45 which is mounted in a state of being internally fitted into the thread groove of the threaded hole 41 and into which the screw reinforcing bar 10 can be screwed in an internally-fitted state is provided. The coiled spring can be displaced in the direction of the axial center depending on a screw phase difference between the screw reinforcing bars so that the sleeve nut can be screwed to both the screw reinforcing bars by being rotatively operated from a state of being screwed and connected to the one screw reinforcing bar 20.
