<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of ensuring the stable sealing performance in the joint between two parts as well as improving the assembling performance of the two parts joined together. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seal structure seals the joint between two parts joined together with a seal member 23. One part has a depression 31 for housing the seal member 23. The other part has a protrusion 32 protruding to an inside of the depression 31 when joining the tow parts together. The seal member 23 is fixed to an inside of the depression 31 so as to be housed inside the depression 31 when joining the two parts together.
