<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide apparatus which preventing the direct shaft from rotating. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A linear guide apparatus includes a linear shaft (11) having three or more direct line grooves (11a) and a plurality of columnar rollers (12) arranged in the respective grooves, a roller retainer (13) arranged in the surroundings of the axis to hold each linear rollers, and an outer cylinder (14) fitted on the surroundings of the retainer, on the outer peripheral surface, linear auxiliary grooves (11b) having sidewall faces parallel with each other are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft, and two or more direct advance auxiliary member including a bar type body (15) and ring rotation tools (16) mounted in the periphery thereof, are installed on the outer cylinder, wherein the peripheral surface of the ring rotating tool for one (17a) of the two advance auxiliary members is contacted and arranged to one sidewall (18a) in no contact with the other sidewalls (18b) of the auxiliary groove. Outer peripheral surface of the ring rotating tool of the other auxiliary member (17b) have contacted and arranged in the former sidewall in no contact with the latter sidewall.
