<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage box with a sliding lid in the form of opening-closing a garbage input port by an easily usable opening-closing lid, in the garbage box used and arranged indoors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This garbage box is formed with the garbage input port in a garbage box body for storing garbage and provided with an opening-closing lid body for opening-closing the garbage input port. The garbage box with the sliding lid is constituted so that the opening-closing lid body opens-closes the garbage input port by sliding a plurality of opening-closing lids along guide grooves, by respectively inserting the opening-closing lids into the respective guide grooves in arrangement for bridging between these, by opposing plates formed with a plurality of concentric circular arc-shaped guide grooves different in diameter.
