<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly moisture-proof gas barrier film which is excellent in gas barrier property, particularly, in moisture barrier property under high temperature and high humidity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The highly moisture-proof gas barrier film laminate includes; an inorganic deposition layer, and a gas barrier layer formed of a protective coat layer, which are successively laminated on one surface of a substrate of plastic material; and a moisture-proof layer provided on the other surface of the substrate. Particularly, the moisture-proof layer is a biaxially-drawn polyolefin film.
